BY CONFIRMING A BOOKING YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THOROUGHLY

• WE ARE NOT HYDROTHERAPISTS. This is purely recreational, intended for fun, socialising and exercise.
  
  
• Dogs must be fully vaccinated or titre tested.
  
  
• OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DOGS AT ALL TIMES.
  
  
• To ensure the safety of all staff and visitors, you MUST inform us if your dog is known to have any unsociable or reactive behaviours. If this is the case, a PRIVATE HIRE session would be recommended.
  
  
• Any dog (or person) displaying signs of aggression in a group session will be asked to leave without a refund.
  
  
• If your dog is injured, has any health issues or is rehabilitating post surgery, we ask that you please provide a letter from your dogs veterinary practitioner permitting your dog to swim.
  
  
• Dogs must not be physically forced into the water - any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of your session.
  
  
• Pool Parties (open swim sessions) do not permit owners to enter the pool. Up to 5 dogs per session.
  
  
• Puppy Paddle (swimming lessons) do not permit owners to enter the pool. A maximum of 3 puppies/dogs per session. 
  
  
• Solo Sessions (private hire) allow up to 5 dogs per session (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to beforehand). OWNERS CAN ENTER THE POOL. 
  
  
• Banned breeds, including XL Bullies are allowed, but they can only book on and attend private hire sessions. If you book onto a puppy session or pool party session, you will be asked to leave with no refund. 
  
  
• Reactive dogs are allowed, but they can only book on and attend private hire sessions. If you book onto a puppy session or pool party session, you will be asked to leave with no refund. 
  
  
• Please ensure your dog does not eat up to 2 hours prior to swimming.
  
  
• Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet prior to their session (you may incur a charge for cleaning should your dog foul in the water) .
  
  
• Please clean up after your dog in and around the perimeter of our site using the bins provided.
  
  
• We do not provide towels, please ensure that you bring your own.
  
  
• Please note that all sessions will be kept on strict time and we ask that you arrive on time for your session.
  
  
• Your 45 minute session includes the time taken to enter and exit the pool. We politely ask that you exit swiftly to allow for the next session to commence.
  
  
• A 1 minute swim for your dog equates to a 1 mile walk! We will therefore not be encouraging more than 20 minutes swim time.
  
  
• Any person entering the pool with their dog does so at their own risk.
  
  
• Any children under the age of 14, entering the pool during solo sessions, must be accompanied by an adult in the water and are the full responsibility of their parents/guardians.
  
  
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the session booked will be fully refunded. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will be charged the full rate.
